Community Integration Program
Community Integration-Individual
This program is to provide personal and social services, which provide opportunities for community participation. Our organization will define the scope of these services based on identified needs and desires of the persons receiving services. Service is provided on a one-on-one basis. A person may participate in a variety of community life experiences that may include, but are not limited to:
- Leisure or recreational activities.
- Religious activities.
- Cultural activities.
- Vocational pursuits.
- Activities related to entertainment.
- Communication activities.
- Educational activities.
- Development of work attitudes.
- Development of living skills.
- Volunteerism.
Community Integration-Group
Individuals in groups of no more than four participate in community activities.
